Åsele Wärdshus and its restaurateur Wolfgang Bay, the Gastronomical Academy’s gold medallist in 1989, is one of few selected members of Chaine Des Rotisseurs, an order aiming to unite gastronomes in love to breathtaking fare in order to keep gastronomy in sanctity.
We want our guests to be able to experience the delicate dishes and primary produce that are so special for our area.
Our hotel has three restaurants and one cocktail bar.
